Malta 2019

Air Malta, Valletta, Barrakka Gardens, Nenu the Baker, ftira

This was our first day in Valletta, Malta and it is a national holiday.

We hired a car and driver for the day to tour the temple ruins.

We saw the Valletta Concours D’Elegance and took the ferry to Sliema to view the Valletta skyline.

We toured St. John’s Co-cathedral, watched the noon Cannon salute, and toured an old manor house, Casa Rocca Piccola.

* Ferry to Vittoriosa (senior- 90 cents round trip including elevator)
* Church – our lady of immaculate conception
*Church (Valletta) – our lady of victory

Pick up rental auto and take the ferry to Xlendi, Gozo.

Toured Ggantija Temple, Ta Kola Windmill, Basilica of the Nativity of Our Lady, and Xlendi

Toured Victoria: Cittadella with Cathedral & Museum.
