TODAY’S TOURING
We took Lyft to SEATAC and checked-in at Virgin Atlantic. To our surprise, SEATAC was virtually empty. There were 8 active check-in counters and only us checking in. The TSA lines were extremely short. The flight attendants on the VA flight were very friendly and quick to offer assistance. At LHR, we took the Fast Track through immigrations and security. Once again, the lines were surprisingly short. The final flight, BA, was uneventful and we arrived 15 minutes early. We had prearranged a transfer from FCO to our vacation rental in central Rome. Once in the condo, travel fatigue and jet lag fully hit us.
